Sunset Beach
If you’re not big on swimming or you
only want to get your feet wet, then Sunset Beach (otherwise called
Dead-End) is perfect! The beach can be easily found at the dead-end,
past the hip strip in Montego Bay and is not to be confused with Sunset
Resort & Spa. This beach is a popular hangout spot for Montegonians
because of the amazing sunsets.
As a bonus you can even watch airplanes land and take off from the Donald Sangster International Airport!

Best of all, this beach is absolutely free. While I do not recommend swimming (there are no life guards on duty), the amazing sunsets will certainly make it worth your while. Do not be surprised by the many young lovers that all hangout at this spot. After all, it doesn’t get more romantic than watching the sunset in tropical paradise.
Opposite the beach is a great bar and lounge which also makes it a great place to have a beer, grab some jerk chicken and ‘hol’ a lime’ with your friends! This is a simple and delightful Jamaican attraction worth seeing.
